About Tri-County Therapy

Tri-County Therapy is a family-owned pediatric therapy company that was established in 2013 and provides therapy services for children from birth to 18 years old. Our mission is to provide quality therapy services to children across South Carolina.

Tri-County Therapy offers a multi-disciplinary approach with speech, occupational, aquatic, and physical therapy services. We offer in-person therapy and teletherapy across the state, with 6 clinic locations between the Charleston and Greenville/Anderson areas. We also provide therapy in the natural environment, including homes, the community and preschools.
