Occupational Therapist
Alison Werner, OTR/L
Alison grew up just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she developed a love of pediatrics from an early age. She obtained both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Occupational therapy degrees from Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA. She has experience with specialized programs involving intensive bursts of therapy including CIMT (constraint-induced movement therapy) and the UEU (universal exercise unit).
Alison’s interests and passions have followed neurological approaches and early childhood development. She was fortunate enough to start her journey within the pediatric setting participating in feeding evaluations, behavioral interventions, and sensory integration. She is excited to continue her occupational therapy career serving children and their families in an area that is new to her! She hopes to use her positive attitude and knowledge to foster growth and goal attainment in all of her kiddos.
In her spare time Alison enjoys hiking, going to the beach, reading, playing board games with her family, baking, and cuddling with her German Shepard!
