Occupational Therapist
Bailey was born and raised in Springville, a small town in Alabama. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science and a concentration in nutrition. Bailey received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where her passion for working in the pediatric setting only grew as she gained more experience working with this population.
Bailey has always had a passion for pediatrics which only intensified throughout the opportunities she was given during occupational therapy school. Throughout her fieldwork in the pediatric outpatient setting, she gained experience in working with children with a variety of diagnoses, became confident in sensory and reflex integration, and developed a love for collaboratively working with children and their families to reach their goals and full potential. Bailey loves how therapists in the pediatric setting have such a unique opportunity for their creativity to flourish throughout treatment!
In her spare time, she enjoys kayaking, going to the beach, watching sports, exercising, knitting, baking, spending time with family and friends, and exploring the city with her husband!
