Occupational Therapist
Emily was born and raised in Columbia, SC. She graduated from Clemson University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Recreational Therapy. She then attended the Medical University of South Carolina, where she graduated with honors and received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. While attending MUSC, she also participated in global medical mission work in Uganda, where she provided care to underserved communities.
Emily has developed a passion for working with the pediatric community through her experiences in outpatient and school settings. She is excited to work with families to provide the best quality care to help each child grow and develop in a way that is meaningful to them. Emily is particularly interested in working with children with neurological conditions, developmental delay, sensory processing disorders, and feeding difficulties.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading a good book on the beach, enjoying a nice weekend boat ride around Charleston, and traveling and exploring new places.
