
Physical Therapist
Kara received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Illinois State University and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
She began her career in rehabilitation before transitioning to pediatrics, where she has spent the past 20 years providing both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services. Kara is passionate about helping children and their families reach their fullest potential through compassionate, individualized care.
Her clinical experience includes treating children with cerebral palsy, developmental delays, toe walking, genetic disorders, arthrogryposis, limb deficiencies, and spina bifida.
Outside of work, Kara enjoys hiking and spending time at the lake with her husband of 25 years and their three teenage sons.
