SMS messages may be used to collect or provide limited protected health information, such as patient name, appointment information, billing information, information that identifies the practice as a therapy practice, and pertinent clinical information.
These messages may be used by the Tri-County Therapy team to update patient data in our software, communicate information regarding therapy appointments, and/or send progress updates.
SMS/text messages may not be secure forms of communication.
SMS opt-in information or phone numbers used for SMS purposes are not shared with any third party.
SMS messages are only shared with the direct office member or therapist working with the patient receiving services.
Tri-County Therapy may leave voice messages at the phone number(s) provided to us.
These messages may contain limited protected health information, such as patient name, appointment information, billing information, information that identifies the practice as a therapy practice, and pertinent clinical information.
These voice messages may not be secure forms of communication, and by consenting to these communication types, you are waiving your right to secure communications.
