
Physical Therapist
Lydia earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from South College. She has experience treating both adult and pediatric populations with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic floor conditions. Lydia’s pediatric experience includes working with children with cerebral palsy, autism, gross motor delays, orthopedic conditions, and pelvic floor dysfunction. She has a special interest in helping children with gross motor delays build strength, coordination, and confidence through individualized care.
In addition to her work at Tri-County Pediatric Therapy, Lydia also works part-time at a locally owned women’s health clinic specializing in pelvic floor therapy. She is passionate about providing one-on-one, evidence-based, and compassionate care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Lydia was born in England and raised in North Wales before moving to South Florida at age 12. She later relocated to the Carolinas, where she enjoys the mountains and outdoor lifestyle. Lydia lives in the area with Foster and their daughter, Ella Sophia. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, visiting waterfalls and lakes, traveling, dancing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
