Benefit Summary for full time employees at Tri-County Therapy

Tri-County Therapy full time employees will be offered a benefit package after one full month of employment.

Benefits begin the 1st of the month following the first full month of employment.

 

Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical:

Tri-County Therapy offers two medical plans through BCBS, HRA 1 and HRA 7. Tri-County Therapy contributes $200.00 monthly towards the cost of whichever plan you choose. Dependents are covered at the responsibility of the employee.

Guardian Dental:

Tri-County Therapy contributes 50% toward the available dental plan. Dependents are covered at the responsibility of the employee.

Companion Life Short Term Disability:

If elected, employee is responsible for 100% of the plan.

Guardian Vision:

If elected, employee is responsible for 100% of the plan.

Guardian Voluntary Life Insurance and AD&D:

If elected, employee is responsible for 100% of the plan.

401K/Retirement:

Tri-County Therapy offers a matching contribution up to 4% toward the employee’s retirement plan.

Paid Time Off:

Tri-County Therapy employees receive PTO on an accrual basis. In your first year you typically earn 15 days off, including holidays. You will accrue additional CEU and vacation days off with company longevity.

Additional Education Support:

Tri-County Therapy Therapists have access to continuing education and material funds based on years of employment.
