Carly Eckert, Director of Human Resources
Carly Eckert is our Director of Human Resources and brings over 10 years of HR experience to the team. She lives in Charleston, SC with her twin sister and their doodle Jackson, and loves spending time near the ocean and traveling. Carly graduated from Monmouth University earning a degree in Psychology and discovered her love for HR after completing an internship in NJ. Through the internship she discovered the perfect outlet for her extroverted personality and love for talent development.
Carly spent 4 years as an HR Generalist focused on full cycle recruiting, leave administration, associate training and engagement, and new hire onboarding. After moving to Charleston, SC, Carly accepted a role supporting talent and staffing efforts, as well as overseeing a large co-op/internship program and University recruiting. She then joined Bosch’s Human Resources department as an HR Business Partner and spent the last 5 years successfully investigating associate relations cases, ensuring the understanding and consistent application of HR policies, facilitating compensation and talent reviews, and standardizing company documentation and procedures. Carly also really enjoys leading leadership and team building workshops and coordinating associate engagement events.
