Emily Snyder

Emily is originally from Buffalo, NY and has recently moved to South Carolina. In 2018, she graduated from Keuka College with her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.

Emily has experience working in a variety of settings including a special education preschool, community-based settings, as well as the school setting. She enjoys working with children of a variety of ages and diagnoses. One of her favorite parts about being an occupational therapist is being able to be creative and adapt activities so that any child could participate. Emily’s goal as a pediatric occupational therapist is to work with children to progress towards their goals so that they can participate in whatever makes them the happiest. She also works to advocate for those who may be in need of increased support.

In her free time, Emily enjoys hiking, taking pottery classes, and kayaking. She is excited to be able to visit the beach more and explore all of the amazing places that are in the Charleston area!
