Lilly McMullen

Lilly was born and raised in West Virginia. Also, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University. Lilly is currently enrolled in a Master’s program studying Health Administration and certification in Leadership. Lilly just moved to Greenville, SC in 2025 and is excited to be a team member of Tri-County Therapy! In her free time, she loves hiking, trying new restaurants, and spending time outside.
