Megan earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Methodist University in 2018. With over 7 years of experience in clinical, home/daycare, and aquatic therapy settings, Megan has developed expertise in treating children with developmental delays, neuromuscular disorders, orthopedic conditions, and genetic syndromes. She has taken continuing education courses pertaining to orthotics and equipment, primitive reflex integration, toe walking, Erb’s Palsy, NDT, and torticollis, to name a few. Megan majored in Athletic Training at Erskine College so she has an orthopedic rehab background also and is skilled with sports injuries. She is passionate about empowering families through education and individualized care plans that make therapy fun, meaningful, and effective.
Megan is married to her husband, Austin, with one toddler daughter and one baby boy on the way. They also have 4 cats and a German Shepherd to help keep them busy. The Castles family enjoys taking walks outside or going to one of the many parks of the upstate, playing with cousins, reading books, and attending Clemson sports events (where Austin works).
