Rachel Hogeboom, Operations and Accounting Manager

Rachel Hogeboom is the Operations and Accounting Manager at Tri-County Therapy and has been an integral part of the team since 2015. She oversees the daily operations of the BabyNet, Authorizations, Referrals, Scheduling, and Patient Accounts teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both patients and staff.

With more than a decade of experience in the medical field, Rachel brings strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills to her role. She holds a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Sciences and Psychology from Northern Illinois University.

Rachel lives in Mount Pleasant with her two pups, Baxter and Bizzy. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new downtown restaurants and fostering puppies.
