Sorting Pie
The Sorting Pie Toy is great for development in all areas!
Speech/Articulation: The Sorting Pie is great for articulation activities where children could earn fruit or play games as reinforcement.
Language: This toy is great for naming colors, requesting specific fruit, counting skills, sorting, and descriptive concepts, all of which enhance language skills.
Fine Motor/ Visual Motor: Grasping and releasing fruit as well as using the large tongs to pick up fruit will reinforce hand strengthening and grasp development.
Sensory: Have your child retrieve the fruit from a sensory bin to place into the sorting pie.
Gross Motor: By putting the fruit around the room and having your child retrieve the pieces or putting the fruit in an obstacle course for fun you will help your child develop their gross motor skills.
