Speech Language Pathologist
Alison Dinkins recently relocated to the upstate from Augusta, GA, where she has worked as a pediatric speech language pathologist since graduating from the University of South Carolina in August 2020. During her time at UofSC, Alison set out to research language difficulties in adult stroke patients, but instead fell in love with all things pediatric feeding, speech, and language disorders. Her clinical experience and interests include: feeding difficulties, phonological and articulation disorders, early language intervention, and AAC implementation. She maintains certification through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the SC Board of Examiners in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology and is always pursuing continuing education to enhance her clinical skills. When she is not working, Alison loves trying new restaurants, traveling with friends and family, and cheering on the Gamecocks every fall.
