Speech Language Pathologist
Colyn has a Bachelor’s in Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Columbia College, SC. She continued her education and earned a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of South Carolina in 2022.
Colyn has experience working with children and adults across various locations including community-based settings, homes, outpatient clinics, private practices, rehabilitation centers, acute care hospitals, and schools. She has clinical experience working with children with a variety of disorders including developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, language deficits, articulation/phonological deficits, fluency disorders, as well as a variety of genetic disorders. She believes in empowering children with speech, language, and feeding needs with evidence-based strategies to achieve their best potential.
Colyn is a South Carolina Upstate native. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Brett, and their dog, Frankie. She also enjoys reading, cooking, working in the garden, and spending time on the Chauga River with her family.
