Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Stephanie has always known she wanted to work with children, and has been practicing as a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant for over 8 years. She was born in Naples, Florida and moved with her family to Greenville when she was 4 years old. She grew up in the upstate and after high school, and moved out of state to attend college. She earned her degree from Darton State College and moved back to Greenville once she graduated, married her high school sweetheart, and started her career. She has experience working with children from birth-18 years of age in clinic and school-based settings with a variety of diagnoses including: Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Erb’s Palsy, Prader-Willi syndrome, and other developmental disorders. Stephanie has training in Early Intervention, Brain Gym, Aquatic Therapy, Astronaut Training, Dyslexia, and Car Seat safety. She is certified through NBCOT and a member of AOTA. She has a true passion for pediatrics, and loves celebrating with kiddos as they meet their goals, gain new skills, and build confidence. Stephanie loves to connect with not only with children, but their families as well! She will celebrate big and small victories with you! She is passionate about inclusion and making everyone feel valued.
Stephanie is married to Zach and they live in Greer with their 3 year old daughter (Emma) and cat (Meeko). When Stephanie isn’t chasing her toddler around, she loves to take a spin class, swim, and go hiking/biking. Stephanie loves to travel with her family and always up for an adventure. She always has a book in her hands and loves music, taking pictures, and spending time with her friends and family (especially her niece and nephew!).
